"DO NOT USE"
DO NOT USE. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a funeral home, and the morning of the service I got a notification that they could not fulfill my order. I requested a cancel/refund where they did send a confirmation email. Come to find out they did not refund the full payment and kept part of it. I called to verify the amount refunded and they kept saying they had a different charge. Currently disputing through PayPal. Not worth it, scam.

"Failed to deliver"
We were unable to attend a cousin's out of town funeral so sent flowers for the service. Ordered flowers on Thursday for a Saturday funeral through the funeral home website. Got a very prompt written email as confirmation the flowers would be delivered Saturday morning before the service at 11 am. Saturday morning after the service, got notice the flowers couldn't be delivered. Called customer service and held for 15 minutes before speaking to a woman who confirmed the order had not been delivered. Told her I wanted my money back and she sent email of the refund in 2-10 business days. Since paid through PayPal, it should be almost immediate. Really ticked off that our family did not get the flowers. Will never order flowers through the funeral home again or Legacy.com again.

"I used the Legacy site solely to post/…"
I used the Legacy site solely to post/ publish an obituary- I have not used any of their affiliate services. I found the online site to be relatively easy to use, and when I did need assistance correcting a post-publication error, I got it. I had a little difficulty finding an actual phone number (not unusual these days) but did locate one. I never quite believe the”leave a message and we’ll get back to you” phone message, but that’s exactly what happened. Kate from customer support returned my call promptly and, with kindness and professionalism, resolved my issue almost immediately. I hope I don’t need Legacy’s obituary services in the near future, but when I do, I would most certainly use them again.

"Doesn't work most of the time:"
Legacy is a good site where you can find obituaries. Unfortunately, there is a very large number of times that the site encounters errors making it impossible to find anything. I have attempted to find my Father's obituary for days now and cannot get past the first screen when errors would occur.

"Posted an obituary that had all the…"
Posted an obituary that had all the service information incorrect. They even had the wrong location for the funeral home, date and time of the service and it's location. Even the funeral home didn't know where they got their information from.

"Horrible!"
I submitted an obituary online for my mother-in-law and they put the incorrect funeral home info on the page. The obituary itself is correct but the info outside of that is incorrect. People are leaving condolences for the wrong person (even thought there is a picture of her). I can't get through to Legacy on the phone, can only leave a message, and when I did they did not call me back. Horrible!
UPDATE: Legacy.com did update the info online. However it was in The Hartford Courant as well and they never corrected the information, never returned my phone calls and never responded to my emails.

"Legacy.com has made a terrible…"
Legacy.com has made a terrible situation even more terrible. They scan for legitimate obituaries and their software creates one on the Legacy web site. The one they published for my family member had the wrong town and wrong college and nothing else. But what is even worse, is that they indicated that the family's wish was to plant a tree in honor of the deceased. This was not our wish. On top of that, we can't even find out who decided to plant a tree. I have no way of thanking people. Legacy gets a referral fee from the tree company and makes money off this painful situation. I'm disgusted

"Tried to post my “goodby” on my…"
Tried to post my “goodby” on my brothers page 4 times, it won’t go on. Change the wording, made it short n sweet, still won’t show. Had two friends post but theirs won’t show either. Seems If you pay for some of their “extra” services they don’t give a crap. FYI called 4 times and emailed 4 times. Nasty people

"Horrible company"
Horrible company. I submitted my guestbook entry and attached a photo. It has been 2 days and it still has not been entered. I have called and left a message and emailed them twice. No response thus far. This is time sensitive material that should be handled quickly and professionally. It is difficult enough for family and friends without having to worry about the incompetence and disregard of such a sensitive and sorrowful occasion. Judging by the other comments on this site, I am not alone in my dissatisfied review.

"Its not worth it..USE A LOCAL FLORIST"
Its not worth the stress…Just order funeral flowers, etc directly from a LOCAL flower shop/florist. Legacy.com is a sloppy middle man that will cause unnecessary stress.

I had the same experience as Susan…Ordered flowers for a friend whose sister just passed using the funeral homes website. Legacy.com sent an email at 5:20 pm EST confirming that my order was delivered. AT 7:48pm EST i get a call and email saying the florist did not deliver the order because the funeral home didn’t have anyone in their care by that name.

When i called to ask about it, i received poor service and a condescending attitude from the customer service representative at legacy.com. Here it is Friday evening and I’m calling Legacy.com and the Funeral home to chase a floral arrangement for a Saturday service. What’s the point of partnering with funeral homes if one hand doesn’t talk to the other! The funeral home calls me back promptly, i asked the Legacy rep to hold and he hung up after 1 minute! Of course when i call back, i get the same Jerk rep. who says the phone got disconnected.

Skip Legacy and just order from a local florist. if they screw up floral arrangements for families of the deceased … i doubt they plant any of the memorial trees.

"Ignores Condolence Posts"
Second time now that I wrote a condolence only for them to say that they've never received it even after receiving the ''please wait 24hr confirmation'' period after submitting. Legacy tried saying that I never hit submit button so how did I get the confirmation then? Has happened in the past with another deceased condolence posting. Never again!

"Horrible!!!!"
Horrible!!!!! They said they were sending an arrangement to a funeral home and sent me a text the next day to say they never sent it...They should not take your money and make you believe the job is done bc now it is too late to send it from somewhere else and I was extremely embarrassed

"Scammers watch Legacy.com for targets"
The page is straight forward and delivers what they say BUT Legacy exposes families in grief to scammers. Scammers watch legacy and prey on new entries as fresh targets , usually in the form of a long lost relative that needs a bit of assistance financially, They either email or post to the guest book baiting for a response. Legacy need to allow the owner of the book to delete scam messages , they dont! Avoid exposing yourself and family to ruthless scammers preying on the vulnerable . Scammers are looking for someone who may only have 1 family member left and will cling on to any contact that may be family. Avoid Legacy on line memorial, Find another way to say good by to loved ones

"Dog Tag"
It was better than I could imagine. Thank you so much for giving me a small piece of my father that I can always have with me.
