"Nice keepsake, but a little pricey for the quality"
I ordered a memorial keepsake from Legacy.com, and to be fair, it did look nice when it arrived. Shipping was fine too, so I don’t really have any complaints there. My only issue is that the quality felt a bit cheaper than I expected for the price. It’s not bad by any means, but I think it’s fair to say I was hoping for something that felt a little more substantial

Legacy.com handled getting the obituary online without any issues, which I appreciated. Coordinating the print newspaper portion required a couple of back-and-forth messages, so that part felt a little less seamless. In the end, everything did get done, but the process wasn’t quite as smooth as I had hoped

"Flowers Never Arrived"
I ordered flowers through Legacy.com for a funeral, and they never showed up. I was already feeling emotional and stressed that day, so getting the confirmation email made me think at least that part was handled. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. When I tried reaching out to support, the responses were vague and not very helpful. It was really upsetting because with something like a funeral, you only get one chance to get it right. I wouldn’t order flowers from them again

legacy was okay for getting an obituary posted, and I’m not saying it’s a bad service or anything. The actual posting part worked well enough. I just felt like the pricing wasn’t as upfront as it should’ve been. Some of the costs seemed clear at first, but then there were more details and options to sort through later. To be fair, it got the job done, but I really wish they showed the total price earlier. During a difficult time, that kind of thing just adds extra stress.

The guest book was simple to use, and I was able to post my message without any trouble. It took around a minute to load one time, but other than that it worked fine

I used legacy to leave a condolence message for a family friend, and to be fair, it was easy to find the obituary and write what I wanted to say. The only thing that threw me off was that my message didn’t show up right away, so I wasn’t sure if it actually went through. It did appear later, which was a relief. Overall, it did what I needed it to do, but the waiting and lack of clear info made the process a bit frustrating. Not bad, just could be a little smoother.

"Works, but feels outdated and a bit confusing"
The memorial page did work in the end, but the whole design feels old and cluttered. The photos and messages don’t really stand out the way I expected, and finding things on mobile wasn’t as easy as it should be. I also got a little confused because the website says one thing, but the actual page experience felt different. For something so personal, I was hoping it would look cleaner and more respectful. It covers the basics, but it just didn’t feel great to use

"Useful, but Double-Check Your Search"
Just a heads-up for anyone using legacy to find an obituary: it can be helpful, but don’t assume the first result is the right one. I used it to look up a family friend’s obituary, and it did come up quickly once I searched by name and town. That said, some of the results were mixed in with others, and I had to try a couple different spellings before I found the right listing. It worked for what I needed, but be careful and double-check the details before relying on it. Not perfect, but still useful enough that I’d use it again.

The service was fine overall, nothing really went wrong, but it feels like it used to be a better value. For what we needed, the total cost came out higher than expected. Not a terrible experience, just a bit pricey compared to how it used to feel

I’ve found the site useful overall, like when I’m looking up info quickly, comparing a few options, checking details before making a decision, or just browsing around to see what’s available. It’s easy enough to use and actually helpful in a lot of situations. That said, the emails started to feel kind of spammy at times. I’d get messages about updates, reminders, suggestions, deals, follow-ups, and random little nudges, and after a while it felt like more than I really needed. Not a dealbreaker, but I definitely wish the email frequency was toned down a bit...

I tried using the mobile site and had a rough time with it. A lot of things didn’t load right or were hard to tap, though to be fair, maybe it was just acting up when I used it. Still, it made the experience more frustrating than I expected

I tried managing my account on legacy, it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. Basic things were hard to find, some updates didn’t seem to save, and when I reached out for help, support didn’t really get me anywhere. it was just a frustrating experience.

"Late delivery, and poor updates"
I ordered through Legacy.com, hoping it would get there in time for the service, but unfortunately, the delivery was late. I also didn’t really get any clear updates, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It did show up eventually, but by then, it didn’t really matter anymore. For something so time sensitive, it was disappointing. Not the worst experience ever, but i wouldn’t trust the delivery again.

"Privacy settings were easy to manage"
I used legacy recently and, i was a little surprised the privacy controls weren’t buried somewhere like they are on so many sites. They were easy to find, and I could manage what information showed without feeling lost or annoyed. It gave me some peace of mind, which mattered to me. Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience.

I needed to make a small correction after I had already submitted everything, and from what I could tell, they handled it quickly. The editing part was easy enough, and the update seemed to show up the way it should. I didn’t check every little detail, but overall I’m just glad it didn’t turn into a big headache
